It consists of sheep’s heart, lung, and liver, with suet or fat, spices, onion, and oats and for cooking, it’s enclosed in sausage casing which is actually sheep stomach. But hey, who says it’s bad for the health? As long as it’s delicious and healthy, it’s good for the tongue and the other parts of the body!
